Preparation


1 Do not defrost before preparation

2 Preheat pan with oil or preheat deepfryer

3 Open packages carefully and remove possible ice

4 Handle with caution

5 Do not add seasoning

Batata bomb: deep fry carefully at 170*C for 6-7 min, drain on kitchen paper. Leave to rest for a minute.  or  non-sticky panfry each side crispy in hot vegetable oil in a warm non-stick pan. Leave to rest for a while in the pan. 


Falafel force: deep fry at 180*C for 4 min, leave to rest for a few minutes.  or non-sticky panfry each side crispy in hot vegetable oil in a warm non-stick pan. Leave to rest for a while in the pan. 


Polenta power: deep fry at 180*C for 4 min, drain on kitchen paper. Leave to rest for a few minutes.  or non-sticky panfry each side golden-brown and crispy in hot vegetable oil in a warm non-stick pan. Leave to rest for a while in the pan.


Black bean boost: non-sticky panfry each side crispy in hot vegetable oil in a warm non-stick pan. Leave to rest for a while in the pan.  or  deep fry at 180*C for 4 min, leave to rest for a few minutes.


Katjang kastar: non-sticky panfry each side crispy in hot vegetable oil in a warm non-stick pan. Leave to rest for a while in the pan. or deep fry at 180*C for 4 min, leave to rest for a few minutes.


Risotto rules: deep fry at 180*C for 4 min, leave to rest for a few minutes. or non-sticky panfry each side crispy in hot vegetable oil in a warm non-stick pan. Leave to rest for a while in the pan.


Hooray homemade lemonade: Put one cube in a jar or big glass with 0.5L of still or sparkling water. Wait a minute.

peal thin white asparagus and bake in a hothot pan in some oil for about 5min. Add pepper, salt and some sushi vinegar and cover with a lid for 1min. Release the lid. Take away from the fire. Leave to rest for 3min before serving. Bake the burger 2-3min on each side in some hot oil until nicely crusted and coloured. Leave to rest for 2min before serving.
