Preparation
1. Do not defrost completely
2. Open packages carefully
3. Remove visible ice if necessary
4. Preheat pan with oil
5. Handle with caution in the pan
6. Do not add seasoning.

Batata bomb: defrost the package for 20 min on room temprature or 5 min in cold water, fry each side crispy in hot vegetable oil in a warm non-stick pan. Leave to rest for a while in the pan.
OR deep fry at 165*C for 2min, drain on kitchen paper. Leave to rest for 5 min.
Falafel force: defrost the package for 20 min on room temprature or 5 min in cold water, fry each side crispy in hot vegetable oil in a warm non-stick pan. Leave to rest for a while in the pan.

Polenta power : defrost the package for 20 min on room temprature or 5 min in cold water, fry each side golden-brown and crispy in hot vegetable oil in a warm non-stick pan. Leave to rest for a while in the pan.
OR deep fry at 180*C for 5min, drain on kitchen paper. Leave to rest for 5 min.
Black bean boost: defrost the package for 20 min on room temperature or 5 min in cold water, fry each side crispy in hot vegetable oil in a warm non-stick pan. Leave to rest for a while in the pan.
Katjang kastar: defrost the package for 20 min on room temperature or 5 min in cold water, fry each side crispy in hot vegetable oil in a warm non-stick pan OR. Leave to rest for a while in the pan.
Risotto rules: defrost the package for 20 min on room temperature or 5 min in cold water, fry carefully on all sides by rollling around from time to time in a non-sticky warm pan with olive oil. Leave to rest for a while in the pan.
OR deep fry at 170*C for 2-3min, drain on paper. Leave to rest for 5 min.
