Preparation
1. Do not leave to defrost completely
2. Open packages carefully
3. Remove visible ice if necessary
4. Preheat pan with oil
5. Handle with caution in the pan
6. Do not add seasoning.

Beluga buddy blast: defrost the package for 20 min on room temprature or 5 min in cold water, fry each side carefully in hot olive oil on a medium heat in a non-stick pan OR deep fry at 170*C for 2min, drain on kitchen paper. Leave to rest for 5 min.
Batata bomb: defrost the package for 20 min on room temprature or 5 min in cold water, fry each side carefully in some hot olive/groundnut oil on a medium heat in a non-sticky pan OR deep fry at 165*C for 2min, drain on kitchen paper. Leave to rest for 5 min.
Falafel force: defrost the package for 20 min on room temprature or 5 min in cold water, bake each side carefully in hot olive oil on a medium heat in a non-stick pan OR deep fry at 180*C for 3-4min, leave to rest for 2-3 minutes. Very nice with a yoghurt sauce. Leave to rest for 5 min.
Polenta power : defrost the package for 20 min on room temprature or 5 min in cold water, fry each side carefully in hot vegetable oil on a medium heat in a non-stick pan OR deep fry at 180*C for 5min, drain on kitchen paper. Leave to rest for 5 min.
Black bean boost deluxe: defrost the package for 20 min on room temperature or 5 min in cold water, fry 2-3min on each side in hot vegetable oil in a non-stick pan. Leave to rest for 5 min. Very nice with a yoghurt sauce.
Risotto rules: defrost the package for 20 min on room temperature or 5 min in cold water, bake carefully on each side in a non-sticky pan with olive oil or deep fry at 170*C for 2-3min, drain on paper. Leave to rest for 5 min.
Hooray homemade lemonade: Put one cube in a jar or big glass with 0.5L of still or sparkling water. Wait a minute.
